Ga1 Intriguingly India's continuation of nearly 90 year of Gandhi-Montessori knowhow is now stewarded by city montessori school in lucknow.; whereas the most knowledge of village montessori schooling systems is now networked by Bangladesh BRAC (40000 schools)
At Lucknow 50000 students a year are nurtured , This education treasure has been curated by one family- father, mother , two daughters and a son.Elder gaughter sunita was opne of the first people in te world to develop a computer dasboard for primary montessori. This permits stdudents to choose their own way through the curriculu; it updates teachers on each individual students progess maximising tome teachers spend turtoring
Education at CMS is so values by Hindhi and Muslim parents alike that more and more of the city's schooling system is sustained by their public service. Children action learn world leading curricula on cross-cultural empowerment and peacemaking curriculum. CMS has an UNESCO award not just for its peacemaking curriculum but its children practising this to save Lucknow from riots in 1990s.
Having a scale that rivals many universities permits lucknow to host many exchanges and international competitions. It also hosts summits such as world chief justices - now in its 15+ year. Part of the summit involves students questioning the experts.
When Kalam was president of India his web promised to answer and serious question from students. Lucknow interacted more than any other school. They also became one of Kalam's favourite partners in his 2020 vision - tear up any curriculum that isnt sustainable by 2020
Search for almost Miraculous economical educational innovations out of this student-directed teaching lab. The latest is the finding that almost any illiterate adult can be helped to read a newspaper within a month. http://www.globaldream.guru/
CNS is a top 10 school in India. It achieves this on resources which are probably one hundredth of the other schools showing in the top 10. see also educatoonweant.org
BRAC1
Schooling systems built from independence of a developing country are critical to future success
BRAC is a benchmark for informal primary school system that joyfully values students and parents. Note Sir Fazle Abed was selected as WISE's inaugural laureate of education, and this led WISE networks to a year's search/report for job creating education models.. BRAC's schools today are the educational network Gandhi and Montessori would recognise as closest to their vocational vision for village schooling. Sir Fazle Abed notes that in BRAC's early days, his search for training suitable for illiterate adults led him to Paulo Freire's action learning approach. This mindest is critical for an education culture where teachers unlearn over-standardised theory This breakthrough of educational mindset made it natural that BRAC would evolve a montessori type model once it needed a solution that could replicated as a 40000 village schooling network,
How did this development happen to be trusted to BRAC? When Bangladesh was born, the government didn't have enough resources -let alone relationships with teachers - to do schools in villages. So BRAC prioritised introduced bottom-up primary schooling - the third of its first 3 villagers grassroots networking services- which started with bottom-up disaster relief and scaling of bottom-up para-health workers (see oral rehydration microfranchise 100).
BRAC is not only the biggest but also most collab ngo see fazleabed.com -search how WISE dedicated a whole year of benchmarking brac's idea of elarning a living in its efforts to lauch the laureates of education
Secondary Scholarship
Grameen includes auditing of cumulative secondary scholarships with the same data as commulative loans and cummulative home loans
From 1996 it also started auditing cumulative solar and mobile phone lones. Secondary scjholarship enable Grameen to trachk its main promise to vaileg mothers - to help their children be job creating. Alumni of the scho;arships are the greatest learners from the valiage with a two third positive bias towards girl effect
Both BRAC's and Grameen's staffing of womens mentors and childrens teachers were formed round the mindset ofBrazlian Paulo Freire. In other words to colaborate in race to end poverty, bottom-up professionals and educators needed a different (Freire) mindset from these professions traditional mindset

Learning a Living: Radical Innovation in Education for Work
The 2012 WISE Book, Learning a Living: Radical Innovation in Education for Work, explores ways to improve links between education and today’s rapidly changing world of work. It focuses on a critical issue: the challlenge education systems face to equip and empower citizens adequately for today’s labor market.
The book team visited 15 forward-thinking educational projects around the world from rural Nicaragua to the metropolises of Japan to look at how they have transformed education to prepare people for 21st-century job markets. These include initiatives identified by the WISE community, such as the network of schools created by the NGO BRAC, whose Founder and Chairman, Sir Fazle Hasan Abed, was the first WISE Prize for Education Laureate in 2011. It also showcases several WISE Awards winning projects, such as Widows Alliance Network (WANE); The Smallholder Farmers Rural Radio in Nigeria; and Al Jisr School-Business Partnerships in Morocco.

101ways-generation.docx 101 ways education can save the world WHAT IF WE DESIGNED LIFELONG LIVELIHOOD LOEARNING SO THAT so that teachers & students, parent & communities were empowered to be ahead of 100 times more tech rather than the remnants of a system that puts macihnes and their exhausts ahead of human life and nature's renewal 2016 is arguably the first time thet educatirs became front and centre to the question that Von neummn asked journalist to mediate back in 1951- what goods will peoples do with 100 times more tech per decade? It appears that while multilaterals like the Un got used in soundbite and twittering ages to claim they valued rifghts & inclusion, pubblic goods & safety, they fotgot theirUN tech twin in Genva has been practising global connectivity since 1865, that dellow Goats of V neumnn has chiared Intellectual Cooperation in the 1920s which pervesrely became the quasi trade union Unesco- it took Abedian inspired educations in 2016 ro reunite ed and tecah as well as health and trade ; 7 decades of the UN not valuing Numenn's question at its core is quite late, but if we dare graviate UN2 aeound this digital coperation question now we give the younger half if the world a chnace especially as a billion poorest women have been synchronised to deep community human development since 1970
